Live Draft Credit purchases

Live Draft Credit purchases are generally final. Having unused credits is not, by itself, grounds for a monetary refund.

The 5-Draft Pack is sold as a discounted bundle. It is not prorated based on how many credits are used or remain, and unused credits do not have a separately refundable cash value.

Support-authorized exceptions

Support may authorize an exception when appropriate, such as an accidental duplicate charge, purchased credits not being delivered, or a significant technical problem that prevented use of the purchase. Approved monetary refunds are processed through Stripe; Seamless Draft does not offer self-service refunds.

If Stripe confirms a full refund, Seamless Draft removes only unused credits attributable to that purchase. Credits already consumed and drafts already started or completed remain part of the account history. A partial monetary refund is recorded but does not automatically translate dollars into credits or remove credits; any credit adjustment requires separate support review.

Two-minute live-start cancellation

The two-minute Live Draft cancellation option restores an eligible Live Draft Credit when no meaningful live or paid activity has occurred. It is not a monetary refund.

Disputes

A payment dispute may suspend unused credits attributable to the disputed purchase. Consumed credits and existing started drafts are not reversed. When a dispute is resolved, affected credits are adjusted appropriately based on the outcome and any related refund.
