Refund Policy

Live Draft Credit purchases are generally final. Having unused credits is not, by itself, grounds for a monetary refund.

The 5-Draft Pack is sold as a discounted bundle. It is not prorated based on how many credits are used or remain.

Support may authorize an exception when appropriate, such as an accidental duplicate charge, purchased credits not being delivered, or a significant technical problem that prevented use of the purchase. Approved monetary refunds are processed through Stripe; Seamless Draft does not offer self-service refunds.

The two-minute Live Draft cancellation option restores an eligible Live Draft Credit. It is not a monetary refund and is available only when no meaningful live or paid activity has occurred.
