Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Seamless Draft. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Seamless Draft.

1. What Seamless Draft provides

Seamless Draft is a fantasy-football decision-support service. It organizes rankings, optional tiers, Draft Profile preferences, Draft Notes, roster needs, available players, live board activity, and available player context into recommendations and Decision Scores. You remain responsible for every draft decision.

Recommendations are informational. Seamless Draft does not guarantee fantasy results, player performance, data accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or that a recommendation will be suitable for every league or circumstance.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly contact Support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared to avoid purchase limits, or used to provide unauthorized commercial access to the service.

3. Your rankings, tiers, and other content

You retain your rights in the rankings, tiers, Draft Notes, and Deep Dive questions you intentionally provide through Seamless Draft. You grant Seamless Draft a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, normalize, display, and maintain that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service.

You are responsible for having the right to upload and use submitted material. Do not submit unlawful material or content that infringes another party’s rights.

4. Free mocks and paid access

Free mock

Each eligible account may claim one free mock draft. The free mock is claimed when it first starts and remains reopenable, resettable, and finishable. Deleting or resetting it does not restore the free-mock allowance. Mock drafts do not use Live Draft Credits and do not generate automatic paid Player Intelligence research.

Live Draft Credits

Seamless Draft offers a Single Live Draft purchase that grants one Live Draft Credit and a 5-Draft Pack that grants five Live Draft Credits. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and they do not renew automatically. Purchased credits are added to the account balance.

One credit is consumed when you explicitly start a new live draft. Creating or configuring a draft, uploading rankings or tiers, preparing the draft, or entering the Draft Room before starting does not consume a credit. Resetting, reopening, refreshing, reconnecting ESPN, or switching to Manual Mode for that same started draft does not consume another credit.

2026 Live Draft Credits may be used only for supported 2026 fantasy-football drafts. They expire December 31, 2026, do not carry into the 2027 season, and have no cash value except when a monetary remedy is authorized under the Refund Policy or required by law.

The eligible two-minute live-start cancellation restores a Live Draft Credit; it is not a monetary refund. If you have purchased any paid product, mock drafts are currently unlimited and do not consume Live Draft Credits.

5. ESPN Live Sync and Manual Mode

ESPN Live Sync is an optional Beta convenience feature that uses the Seamless Draft browser extension to follow visible ESPN fantasy-draft activity. It may disconnect, encounter an ESPN interface change, or miss or delay a pick. Confirm that picks are syncing before relying on it.

Manual Mode is the supported fallback. If Live Sync is unavailable or incorrect, continue manually and record selections directly in Seamless Draft. Recommendations and the Draft Room continue to work without ESPN Live Sync.

ESPN and NFL names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Seamless Draft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, the NFL, or their affiliates.

6. Player Intelligence and Deep Dive

Player Intelligence and Deep Dive provide source-backed or generated football context that may be incomplete, stale, or unavailable. They are supporting information, not medical advice, and do not replace checking official league, team, or player-status sources. Optional provider features may have usage limits and may degrade to cached or basic player information.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Seamless Draft. Prohibited conduct includes:

• attempting to access another person’s account, draft, payment information, or private data;
• interfering with service security, rate limits, credit controls, provider controls, or access restrictions;
• using automated means to scrape, copy, overload, reverse engineer, or extract the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• using the service or extension to obtain ESPN credentials, cookies, authentication tokens, or unrelated browsing information;
• reselling or commercially redistributing Seamless Draft without written permission; or
• using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

8. Seamless Draft ownership

Seamless Draft and its software, recommendation presentation, Decision Score presentation, interfaces, branding, documentation, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Seamless Draft or third-party content.

9. Availability, changes, and Beta features

We may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, address security or provider changes, comply with law, or improve the service. Internet, hosting, data-provider, browser-extension, ESPN, Stripe, and other third-party failures may affect availability.

If Seamless Draft discontinues its paid service and valid paid credits can no longer be used, affected customers will receive a reasonable advance opportunity to use them when practical or an appropriate support-directed monetary remedy as circumstances require.

10. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, serious abuse, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. Subject to applicable law, unused credits connected to that conduct may be suspended or revoked while the matter is investigated or resolved.

You may request account deletion through Support. Resolve unused credits with Support before requesting deletion; deleting an account may make remaining credits unavailable. A later refund, suspension, or account closure does not undo or alter a draft that was already started or completed.

11. Refunds

Live Draft Credit purchases are generally final. The 5-Draft Pack is a bundle and is not prorated based on credits used or remaining. Support-authorized exceptions and credit adjustments are governed by the Refund Policy.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seamless Draft’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Seamless Draft during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $100. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or Seamless Draft will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective and last-updated dates will appear above. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes through the service or the email associated with your account. When materially different terms warrant it, we may require new affirmative acceptance before continued use.
